I have partnered with my late husband, Jim, for over 34 years of  Entrepreneur/Apostolic ministry. As an ordained minister myself, we started five churches and many outreach ministries in the Northern Peninsula and Upper Peninsula of Michigan. My gifts of administration, leading worship, teaching adults and children, starting a regional teen organization, discipleship of women, and collaborating and teaching a Leadership Training program, helped establish small groups and churches. Our last 15-year outreach was to the Potawatomi Tribe on the Hannahville Reservation, Wilson, Michigan. We saw a significant impact by starting a church on that  reservation, many people making commitments to Jesus Christ, and several couples trained in leadership, who now influence not only their tribe but several others.   As a mother of six children and now 16 grandchildren, I worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist to help support our outreaches. During Covid, I taught live video classes that churches could incorporate to equip leaders and had a weekly blog, ‘Hope For the Week’ which I compiled into a published devotional. I worked for Smiles on Wheels, a non-profit school-based dental program, based out of Jackson, Michigan. My team and I covered nine Upper Peninsula counties during the school year. The connections I made through She Leads Michigan were a great honor and encouragement. I moved to Sarasota, Florida in April 2024 and took a position at Grace Community Church,  www.gracesarasota.com   I am a children’s pastor and administrator with the volunteers in the children’s department.
